RASPBERRY MOJITO

Sweet and refreshing with a hint of sour from the lime, this bright red cocktail is sure to turn heads and win over hearts.

INGREDIENTS
3 oz Tutto Mio Vino Rosso Dolce
1 oz white rum
½ lime, cut into pieces
1 tsp of sugar
Sprig of mint
¼ cup raspberries
Seltzer or lemon lime soda to top

INSTRUCTIONS
Muddle together lime pieces, sugar, mint & raspberries in cocktail shaker. Add in rum & Tutto Mio, shake to combine. Pour everything into tall glass and top with club soda or lemon lime soda. Recipe makes one cocktail.
